Landscaping is of major importance to the members and management at the University Townhouse Co-op. We take great pride in our beautiful, award winning gardens which flourish throughout the entire complex. Hundreds of mature trees also add to the friendliness of the neighborhood.
Many grassy areas are incorporated in the fifty-five acres occupied by UTC and help to create the perfect atmosphere for children to run and play. Picnic tables are also provided for family luncheons.
One of the many play areas provided at the co-op. UTC has recently updated the playground equipment to provide a safer and more interesting environment for children.
Members are permitted to erect a privacy fence on their property. Here is a example of a corner unit with a nicely landscaped fence.
University Townhouses has won many awards for their beautiful landscaping. This is just one of dozens of berms planted at UTC.
This is one of the many berm-style gardens UTC has constructed throughout the complex. This one is planted with oriental trees and dozens of flowering plants.
Tenants at UTC are known for caring a great deal about their complex. Most plant beautiful front gardens and take pains to improve the overall looks of the "village".

Management plans many holiday events for children and also numerous events to keep adults occupied.

Even winters can be beautiful if you look around. UTC has excellent snow removal service, so even at times like these, we can be happy we live where we do.
